UK Delivery

Delivery of standard size parcels is free of charge on orders OVER £15.00*

*heavy and/or oversized goods (for example - engines, body panels, larger subframes etc) do NOT qualify for free delivery.

We aim to dispatch all standard orders within 1 working day of the order being placed. 

The tracking number of your order will be emailed to you by 6pm on the day of dispatch. If you do not receive your tracking details by this time please message us using the "Contact Us" option at the top of this page, or email directly to "[email protected]". From the time the order is dispatched you will be responsible for monitoring the progress of your delivery.

Delivery to residential addresses can be made between 7.30am - 8.00pm during busy periods, although deliveries will usually take place between 8.00am - 6.00pm during normal periods. Delivery time is at the discretion of the contracted delivery agent or courier.

Express delivery options are available for most products at checkout.

For "Timed" or special delivery options (i.e next day by midday, Saturday delivery etc) please contact us by telephone BEFORE placing your order so that a member of our team can assist in prioritising your parcel dispatch.

Courier delivery to some areas may incur a surcharge that will be calculated at checkout if the postal code is classed as remote (this also applies to Islands and Scottish Highlands). For an up-to-date list of remote areas please see the Parcelforce website (remote areas are classed as Zones 2 and 3). Delivery time to these areas may be 24hrs later than non-remote locations.

Northern Ireland BT postcodes may incur a surcharge on larger parcels (over 2kg or over 64cm x 46cm x 46cm, or at our discretion).

Delivery outside United Kingdom

We aim to dispatch all international orders within 3 working days of the order being placed.

Please ensure your full and correct delivery address is entered at checkout. We cannot issue a full refund if the delivery agent returns the goods due to the address being not recognised or incorrect.

(United Arab Emirates - your parcel will be refused at the border if you do not enter a legitimate PO Box number with your order).

It is very important that you include your daytime contact telephone number with your order.

You are responsible for any Import Tax or Duty Payment due upon the parcel arriving in your country. If a Payment is due then this MUST be paid before your goods will clear Customs in your country and be delivered to you. The courier will contact you by email if a Payment is due. It is very important that you monitor your email inbox and contact the delivery service if the parcel does not progress out of the Customs facility after more than TWO working days.

In the case that Import Tax or Duty Payment is not duly made, or if delivery is refused, then your order may be returned as unwanted and a return delivery charge will apply. In this circumstance we will refund the full value of your order less the shipping charges both ways, and less a handling charge of £15.00.
